Featuring the art work of Michael O'Shea, March 2010 |
Parkside Services |
|
 |
|
We began the art sessions by discussing and
drawing what we all liked to eat and drink.
I think we can all identify with Michael's choice,
particularly on a Saturday night! |

Summer Garden
Michael has taken to paint like a duck to water. This is just one of a series of lively studies using Acrylic paint and a palette knife |

Michael is rightly proud of the fact he lives independantly. When learning how to paint a wash for his sky he gave his house pride of place. |

His Stained Glass window was painted with great energy
and a delight in experimenting with colour.

Busy Street in Wexford.
Using dinky toys of cars to help us visualise we tackled a street we knew well.
Michael drew the traffic lights very clearly and the van that is waiting patiently
(as they do in Wexford High Street)
till the lights change to green. |
